Barrels that once held one of the world's finest farm-to-bottle rums are emptied and then refilled with our special hot sauce recipe made with habanero and cayenne peppers. The essence of the rum and oak from the recently drained barrel slowly melds with the hot sauce as the barrel is periodically rotated to incorporate the flavors. The result is a balanced and aromatic hot sauce like no other. Shake well and refrigerate after opening.
