KO Hana Provisions Giveaway – Official Rules

1. Sponsor

This Giveaway is sponsored by Kō Hana Distillers (“Sponsor”), located at [92-1770 Kunia Rd #227, Kunia Camp, HI 96759], Hawai‘i, USA.

2. Eligibility

Open to legal residents of the United States who are 21 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of Kō Hana Distillers, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and immediate family members of such employees are not eligible to participate. Void where prohibited by law.

3. Giveaway Period

The Giveaway begins on October 23, 2025 and ends on December 23, 2025 at 11:59 PM HST(“Giveaway Period”). Entries submitted before or after the Giveaway Period will not be eligible.

4. How to Enter

To enter, participants must complete the entry form provided at https://www.kohanarum.com/costco-roadshow-2025-hawaii-and-california during the Giveaway Period, including valid email and phone number. Limit one (1) entry per person. Multiple entries using different email addresses or phone numbers is acceptable. 

5. Prize

One (1) winner in Hawai’i and one (1) winner in California will receive a Kō Hana Provisions Gift Basket including:

  • (1) Kō Hana Meli Barrel Aged Honey

  • (1) Kō Hana Barrel Aged Whole Bean Coffee

  • (1) Kō Hana Barrel Aged Hot Sauce

  • Shipping included (value $45)

Total Approximate Retail Value: $120.


Prize is non-transferable and no substitution or cash equivalent is permitted, except at Sponsor’s discretion.

6. Winner Selection & Notification

Winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received, to be held on or around December 23, 2025. The winner will be notified via email and/or text message using the contact information provided. If the winner does not respond within seven (7) days of notification, the prize may be forfeited, and an alternate winner selected.

7. Publicity Release

By participating, entrants grant Kō Hana Distillers permission to use their name, likeness, and entry for advertising and promotional purposes without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law.

8. Limitation of Liability

By entering, participants agree to release and hold harmless Kō Hana Distillers, its subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any liability, claims, or damages arising out of participation in the Giveaway or acceptance, use, or misuse of the prize.

9. General Conditions

Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Giveaway if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Giveaway. Sponsor’s decisions are final and binding in all matters related to the Giveaway.

10. Privacy

Information collected from entrants is subject to Kō Hana Distillers’ Privacy Policy available at https://www.kohanarum.com/privacy-policy.

11. Winner List

To request the name of the winner, send an email to aloha@kohanarum.com with the subject line “Kō Hana Provisions Giveaway Winner Request” by January 15, 2026.
